SparkLaunch Data Deletion Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request deletion of personal information and account-related data associated with SparkLaunch websites, applications, and services.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information and account-related data held by SparkLaunch, including account profile data, project data, workflow inputs and outputs, uploaded documents, lead records, CRM records, and related product activity that can reasonably be associated with your account.

This Policy does not override legal, tax, accounting, security, payment, compliance, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention retention obligations.

2. How To Request Deletion

In the SparkLaunch mobile app, open Settings > Account > Delete Account. You will be asked to reauthenticate and confirm the request. A verified full-account request immediately deactivates the account, revokes its active sessions, and starts SparkLaunch's retention-aware deletion workflow. We send a confirmation to the account email address.

You can also request deletion of personal information, or request deletion of a narrower project or workspace scope, by contacting SparkLaunch at support@sparklaun.ch.

To help us process your request, include:

  • The email address associated with your SparkLaunch account.
  • The subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  • The project, company, or workspace names you want deleted, if your request is narrower than full account deletion.
  • Any relevant context that helps us locate the data.

We may ask you to verify your identity or confirm account ownership before completing the request.

3. Data We Aim To Delete

When a deletion request is verified and approved, SparkLaunch will delete or de-identify applicable records where reasonably possible, including:

  • Account profile fields and contact details tied to the requesting account.
  • Project and workspace records you own or are authorized to delete.
  • Founder workflow inputs, generated outputs, saved drafts, and related artifacts.
  • Uploaded files and document vault content associated with the deletion scope.
  • Lead, CRM, landing page, and GoLinks records associated with the deletion scope.
  • Analytics identifiers and product activity records that are reasonably linkable to the requesting account.

If you are part of a shared workspace, deletion may require workspace-owner authorization or may be limited to your own personal information and access records.

4. Data We May Retain

SparkLaunch may retain limited records where necessary or permitted, including:

  • Payment, invoice, tax, accounting, and subscription records.
  • Entity formation, compliance, KYC, audit, consent, and security records.
  • Records needed to detect abuse, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
  • Backup copies until they expire or are overwritten through normal backup cycles.
  • Aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information that no longer reasonably identifies you.
  • Information stored by third-party providers according to their own retention rules.

Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.

5. Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 10 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days where reasonably possible. Complex requests, legal holds, security reviews, shared workspace conflicts, or third-party processing constraints may require more time.

6. Third-Party Services

SparkLaunch uses service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, AI processing, analytics, communications, identity verification, and operational support. When appropriate, we will pass verified deletion requests to service providers or direct you to the provider that controls the relevant data.

7. Self-Service Deletion

The SparkLaunch mobile app provides full-account deletion under Settings > Account > Delete Account. Some product data can also be deleted inside SparkLaunch, including certain projects, leads, CRM records, or uploaded files. Self-service deletion does not immediately erase records that SparkLaunch must retain for legal, tax, accounting, security, payment, compliance, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes, and backup copies expire through normal retention cycles. Contact support@sparklaun.ch if you cannot access the self-service flow or need help with a narrower deletion request.

8. Google Calendar Connection and Meetings

When the Google Calendar connected app is available, you can disconnect it from SparkLaunch Settings. Disconnect immediately prevents SparkLaunch from using the locally stored connection and queues a request to revoke the Google credential. Account deletion follows the same local-disable and queued-revocation path.

Provider revocation can be delayed by provider availability, retry processing, or a required manual support action. SparkLaunch does not describe local disconnect as proof that Google completed remote revocation. If a revocation remains unresolved, contact support@sparklaun.ch; do not send OAuth credentials, event contents, or access tokens in the request.

Minimal opaque Calendar operation and recovery records may remain for up to 30 days to prevent duplicate invitations, recover uncertain requests, and support security review. These records do not retain event title, description, location, attendee email, raw idempotency key, or provider response body. A related meeting activity may remain with the CRM contact and follows the deletion and retention rules for CRM data.

SparkLaunch's current workflow does not delete a Google Calendar event or attendee invitation copy after it has been created. The organizer must manage the event in Google Calendar, and invitees control copies delivered to their calendars or inboxes. Google and other recipients may retain information under their own policies and controls.

This Calendar language is a pre-general-availability disclosure. Final product, security, privacy/legal, Google, and mobile-store review remains pending before general availability; it is not evidence of external approval.
